And for the last installment of my January favourites, I bring you Tools and…..other? I couldn’t think of where else to lump in these things, so yeah.
➳ Dragonpad Eye Blending Brush: I’ve been trying to get into eyeshadows more this month, and since I’ve gotten this (link it) brush set, I’ve found myself using it every time I apply eyeshadow. It blends everything out seamlessly, and really helps pull eye looks together.
➳ Bestope Face Pencil Brush: I’ve been trying to practice contouring, and since I’ve gotten the Black Radiance Pressed Powder in Rich Mahogany, this brush has been helping me do that wonderfully. It’s dense enough to pick up enough product without getting too much (to the point of making it look like I smeared dirt on my face), and it’s nice and soft.
➳ Orange Tea? I usually hate fruit tea because it reminds me of drinking hot juice, but I’ve really been loving Orange Tea for some reason, especially with some honey.
➳ Lindt Lindor Truffles in Extra Dark: So I’m not a huge fan of chocolate, sue me *rolls eyes*. Buuuuuut, my mom is. She’s a chocoholic. I think being around her for this month so much has made me a chocoholic….but only for the Lindt truffles…and only the extra dark ones. I’ve found myself sitting around craving the HELL out of these things, and have gone through bags and bags of them my whole break. I don’t see this ending with February and Valentine’s Day rolling around….
➳ Acqua di Gioia by Giorgio Armani: I’ve had this fragrance for YEARS. I got it as a gift from my dad a while back, but it just sat around forever and I never used it. I spontaneously decided to wear it one day and I was hooked. It’s so fresh and clean, and it lasts all day. It dries down to a semi-sweet clean scent which I’m a big fan of, and I see this being my go-to scent for a while.
What were some of your favourites this month?
